Shipping & Returns
Most orders  are shipped UPS or FEDEX.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, you must use a physical address.  Products usually ship within 2 days and take 3 - 8 days for delivery. After you place your order, please feel free to call my office regarding the status of your order.  If you need express shipping, please call BEFORE placing an order for availability and a price quote. Please allow extra shipping time around holidays, as I am not responsible for carrier delays.

Trampolines are delivered by motor freight.  The freight company will call and scedule a delivery date and time.  They are only resonsible for delivery to the curb of your driveway or street.  Plan to have someone able to carry it to the yard, garage, ect.  Inspect ALL of the pieces of your order at time of delivery.  If any product is damaged or missing, you must note it on the freight bill.  Call my office promptly so I can address the problem as soon as possible.

I do my best to insure your satisfaction with everything we sell.  If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to request a refund, you need call my office to receive a return authorization number.  We do not accept used merchandise and proof of purchase is required for all repair or replacement warranty claims.
